MBA in Project Management

I was wondering if anybody had any advice for me. I'm a German citizen, looking for an MBA with a focus in project management in the USA.

I'm focusing on California, because I have family there. I found that the MBA program at San Diego State University offers a specialization in project management. Is this considered a good MBA program?

Also, I was looking at the MBA program offered by the University of San Francisco, which doesn't offer a concentration in project management but has some project management classes in its "Organization Development" specialization option. Has anybody heard anything about this MBA program?

Why an MBA in project management in the US? Generally, you'll be better off taking a top school's general MBA.

Well, from what I understood from my research I thought that a specialized program would make it easier to break into a specific career field. I've been exposed to some project management, but I feel like I really need to drill down into the details to get a better sense of how it works.

And why specifically the US? I'd like to be exposed to the working environment there - and am considering moving and working there, if everything lines up.

So, specifically in terms of business schools in California. Do you think that the two that I mentioned, with their focus in project management, would be worth doing? Or would aiming higher at schools like USC and UCLA be better (even if they don't have project management specializations)?
