Hello, I am from Finland but I want to do my MBA in the USA. Are there good schools there for me if I have only 2 years of work experience? I have not taken the GMAT yet. Also, I would like to pay under $60,000 for the program in total. Can anybody suggest some MBA programs for me?

Right now you have listed your constraints. Your career goals, work experience (marketing/ finance?) and your desired city/location will help you identify and shortlist Bschools.
without GMAT, career goals, and location just search US News or Forbes ranking and filter schools that cost less than $60,000

When are you looking to apply? If you apply for the fall 2017 intake, you'd have closer to 3 years of work experience at matriculation, which makes you that much more competitive.
There are some schools that recruit younger candidates. In the past, SUNY Buffalo was a good choice, but I think that average work experience has gone up at that school over the past couple of years. The University of Miami, for instance, is ranked in Businessweek and the average work experience in their MBA program tends to be 2.5 years. That program is more than $60k, though, and I think for any ranked program that fits your constraints, this will probably be the case as well.
Other schools you can check out to get started:
Virginia Tech - Pamplin
Northeastern
Baylor
Missouri - Trulaske
