I'm not sure you'll get a scholarship: one out of every seven MBA applicants has a higher GMAT, so that seems unlikely.
Some schools to consider:
Louisiana State University--Baton Rouge (Ourso) (LA)
University of Connecticut (CT)
University of Kansas (KS)
University of Kentucky (Gatton) (KY)
Iowa State University (IA)
University of Arkansas--Fayetteville (Walton) (AR)
University at Buffalo--SUNY (NY)
Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University (Pamplin)
University of Mississippi (MS)
If the IS/SCM concentration is a solid constraint, then look at:
Eastern Michigan University (MI)
University of Wisconsin--Milwaukee (Lubar) (WI)
Iowa State University (IA)
University of Arkansas--Fayetteville (Walton) (AR)
University of North Texas (TX)
University of North Carolina--Greensboro (Bryan) (NC)
Georgia State University (Robinson) (GA)
Cleveland State University Monte Ahuja College of Business (OH)
University of Wisconsin--Whitewater (WI)
University of Massachusetts--Dartmouth (Charlton) (MA)

Thanks a lot for the reply Duncan.
One more query though, What are the chances for getting a Graduate Assistantship or Teaching Assistantship with this profile in the programs mentioned by you.

Why not ask the schools' financial aid departments directly?
I know that some of these programs, like Iowa State and Cleveland State, do offer graduate assistantships - but many, such as Milwaukee - Lubar, give priority to PhD students. It really depends on the school.
