Hi,

What are my chances to get into Cornell or Tepper with the following profile?

GMAT 700
Undergrad GPA 3.2 at a top regional school
Work: 2 years account services at a Fortune50 firm plus 1.5 years marketing at a start up.

I want to go into strategy consulting or marketing strategy.

I also would like to apply to Darden and UCLA but I know those are stretch schools.

You'll probably want to boost your GMAT a bit for a bit of buffer. Plus, emphasize any nonprofit or pro bono work you are doing / have done in the past - to help set you apart from other applicants.
