From what I've heard it's becoming increasingly difficult to get scholarships for everybody, and international students are hit especially hard.
Being bright helps, but what helps more is a good profile. What kind of work experience do you have, and what's your GMAT score?
Beyond contacting the financial aid office of the schools you're interested in, you might look into private scholarships. These are funds that are offered by other institutions - and sometimes they can be merit-based, but other times are only available to specific groups (ethnic groups, people from specific places, or have a particular profile.)
