I have been following posts at findmba for couple of months now.
There are few things I wish to gain info (pertaining the US MBA program)
I have 4.2 years experience as of now. Presently working as a Senior Business Analyst for an IT department of an Investment Bank (Captive) , am an Indian National. Have got more than 1 yr of International Exposure as a Business Analyst.
Decent academic grades and have worked with Fortune 100 companies. I just started preparing for GMAT (from the last 3 months). Intend to appear for the exam in November 2010.
I have around 16 lakhs rupees(or 35K USD) as savings available with me. Would this amount be adequate for me to go for a US MBA?
I understand that MBA in the US is for 2 years, unlike European MBA which is 1 yr. Which is a better option, European MBA or US MBA?
Would I be able to work part time , if I go for a US MBA?
I am already working for Investment Banks, so just would like to more into Higher Managment rather than a carrier change.
