UCLA MBA Applicants - 2021

I'm in the midst of putting my application together for the UCLA MBA starting next year. I will apply by the round 2 deadline.

I took the GMAT three times with the following scores in order:

680
620
710

I assume that multiple tries won't detract?

I am also trying to figure out who should be my second recommender. The first is an old supervisor from my last job. I am extremely hesitant to ask my current supervisor because I don't want her to know that I am applying to MBAs. So I am considering other alternatives.

Anyway please let me know if you are applying too.
