University of Colorado to Offer MBA Track in Real Estate Construction Management

New concentration to cover topics in construction project management and law

The Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder will offer a new MBA track in Real Estate Construction Management starting in the fall of 2013, according to the school's Real Estate Center.

Students pursuing the new concentration will take a number of relevant courses, including "Real Estate Finance and Investments" and "Construction Project Management," mainly during the second year of the MBA program.

The new MBA track aims to prepare students for management positions within the real estate and construction fields.
