Pepperdine to Launch an Executive MBA Program in Texas

19-month program will be offed in the Dallas area beginning in January, 2016

Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business and Management will launch its Executive MBA program in the Dallas, Texas area, beginning in 2016.

The program is 19 months long and covers a range of topics, with classes like "Understanding Human Behavior in Organizations," "Impact of the Macro Environment in Business Decisions," and "Crafting Business Strategy."

The EMBA will be delivered in at a Marriott hotel in Plano, Texas, which is about 20 miles north of Dallas.

This is the first time that Pepperdine has expanded its EMBA program outside of California. The program is also offered on its home campus, in Malibu, as well as in West Los Angeles, Irvine, and Silicon Valley.

With the new Dallas EMBA, Pepperdine is entering into a competitive market: both the University of Dallas' Jindal School of Management and SMU's Cox School of Business offer well-regarded Executive MBA programs in the area.

Pepperdine - Graziadio is accredited by AACSB International.
