EQUIS Accreditation Awarded to Germany's TUM School of Management

Accreditation also awarded to National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST)

EQUIS accreditation has been awarded to Germany's TUM School of Management and the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST), according to EFMD.

TUM—Technische Universität München—becomes the sixth school in Germany to receive EQUIS accreditation. The school offers three Executive MBA programs: in General Management, Business & IT, and Innovation and Business Creation.

NTUST is the second school in Taiwan that EQUIS has accredited; the first was  National Chengchi University's College of Commerce. NTUST, which was awarded AACSB accreditation in 2013, offers an MBA program in English and Chinese and an EMBA program.

To receive EQUIS accreditation, a business school must go through a rigorous quality approval process, where it's benchmarked against standards in terms of programs, governance, and other factors. Read about why MBA accreditation is important.

Currently, EQUIS accredits some 172 schools across more than 40 countries. You can see all EQUIS-accredited business schools offering MBA programs on FIND MBA.
