The Business School

EDHEC BUSINESS SCHOOL: Created by and for entrepreneurs

Operating from campuses in Lille, Nice, Paris, London and Singapore, EDHEC is one of the top 10 business schools in Europe.  Fully international and directly connected to the business world, EDHEC is a school for business, rather than a business school, where excellence in teaching and research focuses on innovation to stimulate entrepreneurship and creativity. For business from birth and dedicated to business, EDHEC makes entrepreneurs for life, able to remodel or create successful businesses wherever they work.

A Mindset That Sets Us Apart

Created by and for entrepreneurs, EDHEC has embodied the fundamental values of business for over a century.

Our aim is to pass on the keys to business success to new generations of managers and entrepreneurs, spreading the conviction that companies can have a positive impact on the economy and on society as a whole.

Independence

Keen to protect its independence in action for the last 110 years, EDHEC relies on its own resources to fund and guide its development. It also exercises full autonomy in its academic and scientific strategy.

Pragmatism

Since its establishment in 1906, EDHEC has built its reputation on pragmatism and a teaching approach focused on business. The key tools, knowledge and behaviour of business are passed on to generations of managers.

Non-Conformism

Through its unusual model, the content of its programmes and the value of its research, EDHEC nurtures its differences, encouraging students and teachers to think outside the box and foster their leadership qualities.

Entrepreneurial Spirit

A business school for business, EDHEC trains generations of quick-thinking, inventive and resourceful entrepreneurs and managers who can change the rules of the game to take the teams and projects entrusted to them further.

Open-Mindedness

Because effectiveness in business is borne out of being unique, EDHEC places great importance on diversity and a combination of cultures, profiles, practices and disciplines in its teaching and operations

Alumni

EDHEC’s talented Global MBA cohorts are incredibly diverse with usually more than 30 nationalities. Being part of such a diverse MBA cohort leads to networking opportunities and relationships across industries and countries, increased awareness of cultural differences in business, appreciation of diverse leadership, heightened interest in positive company culture, challenged perspectives, a rise in creative thinking, and a personal transformation. Check out what Shreeja, Tom and Eustacia have to say about their EDHEC experience.

Would you like to know if you would be a good fit for the EDHEC Global MBA? You can start by submitting your profile and a dedicated advisor will get in touch to understand your background and also your future goals and ambitions.

Application Procedure

  • Submit your profile: Before filling out the detailed admission form, why not start with a quick profile check? All you need is your CV and some basic information, and one of our admissions managers will contact you directly to discuss your profile and qualifications, and make sure you’re on the right track. They’ll also advise you on which scholarship you’re eligible for, so you’ll immediately know what budget you’re looking at.
  • Send your application: You’ll start by creating your EDHEC account so that all the information you enter is saved. This means that if you’re missing anything, you can always come back to complete your application later. A member of our Admissions team will be notified when you get started, and follow up with you if you need any help or advice during the process. The application includes official documents and 2 referrals. When you’re ready to submit your official application, you’ll be asked to pay the 150€ application fee online. Once you’ve paid, you’ll be able to send the application through to our team to start the admissions process.
  • MBA Interview: If your application is accepted, then you’ll be invited to an interview. Depending on what works best for you, the interview can be done over Skype, Teams, by phone, or in person on our campus in Nice. You will also have a short interview with one of our Alumni Attachés – this way you can speak to someone who has been through the programme.

The first part of the interview is a conversation with one of our admissions managers, and lasts about 45 minutes to an hour. In the second part of the process, we’ll ask you to submit a video questionnaire of you answering a series of surprise questions. You’ll have two minutes to answer each question.

  • Results and acceptance: At the end of each month, the Selections Committee (which includes the Head of Admissions and the Programme Director) will personally assess your entire application to determine your acceptance to the programme. You’ll be informed of the decision immediately after this meeting.

Since we have a rolling admissions policy, the earlier you apply, the sooner you’ll know if you’re accepted. If you’re not accepted, your admissions manager will make sure to explain what might be missing. Depending on the details, if it’s experience or qualifications then you may be encouraged to apply again once you’re at the right level.

  • Payment: You’ll already know if you’re eligible for a scholarship once you’ve spoken to your admissions manager after the first step, submitting your basic profile. We also include accommodation costs for your global business trips within the fees, so you’ll know exactly what you need to budget for.

Save more by having your first instalment ready when you’ve finished your interviews. We offer a 5% Prompt Payment Reduction if you pay your first instalment of fees within three weeks of acceptance. This is valid for both firm and conditional offers.

  • Get ready for Nice: Once your first instalment has been paid, it will be time to start getting ready to move to Nice. The earlier the better, since you’ll need to plan for your living arrangements and budget well in advance in order to have peace of mind and focus on your MBA once you get there.

Our International Student Office will help you prepare your move and all the paperwork you may need.

SCHOLARSHIPS

It can be hard to figure out exactly how much to budget for your MBA. Edhec MBA Nice, France

EDHEC’s Nice campus

A good study environment contributes significantly to a great MBA experience. EDHEC’s campus in Nice is a modern building with rooftop decks overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, conveniently located next to Nice International Airport and the Arenas business district, and a 20-minute tram ride from the city centre. Plus we are just 15 minutes from Europe’s biggest technology park, located in Sophia Antipolis.

The Global MBA programme has its own dedicated floor and facilities, including work rooms for group study and a kitchen area. The rest of the campus also has plenty of on-site facilities including student common rooms, a canteen area, a French brasserie and café, snack bars, a learning centre and IT rooms. Students’ well-being is important to us, so there’s also a weights room and fitness centre offering a range of classes including pilates, zumba and stretching. As our school evolves, so does the campus, and we’re updating facilities to reach a zero-emissions campus in the future.
