The Program

Berlin MBA Programm

Berlin MBA Programm

Berlin MBA – Developing your Leadership Personality

As one of the first MBA programs in Germany our Berlin MBA has been running successfully since 1992.

The globally recognized seal of approval of the accreditation agency AMBA (Association of MBAs) and the premium seal of the FIBAA (Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation) confirm the Berlin MBA's internationally outstanding quality.

Providing a perfect synergy of theory and practice the program today reflects many years of experience in bringing together the expertise of our partners from business, industry and research in a holistic, practice-based curriculum. The Berlin MBA will provide you with practical management know-how and crucial leadership skills.

The MBA program is offered in full-time (15 months) and part-time (24 months) formats.

The Berlin MBA is characterized by these special features:

  • A diverse range of elective modules offers opportunities for individual specialization in topics such as Transformation Management, Digital Leadership or Entrepreneurship & Innovation. Study trips within Europe or to the USA specifically promote international management skills.
  • Individual Leadership Personality: Students develop their individual leadership personality according to their career goals and needs. Leadership Personality seminars and an accompanying coaching program strengthen their leadership skills and personal profile.
  • Intensive practical relevance: From the teaching formats to the lecturers, the Berlin MBA is consistently oriented towards practice. Company projects, living cases, project and group work, business simulations, and lectures by executives from selected companies are an integral part of the program.
  • Learning from each other: The study groups are international, interdisciplinary, cross-sectoral as well as heterogeneous in terms of their background experience. This heterogeneity of the students is an essential part of the teaching and learning methodology.

Despite their diverse professional careers and experience, the students and alumni of the Berlin MBA program have one thing in common: they are all looking to change or advance their careers. The Berlin Professional School‘s careers service actively helps you achieve this objective by offering a range of career services. The support begins with admission to the Berlin Professional School and extends to advising graduates during subsequent career phases.

»Getting an MBA from the BPS was one of the best professional and personal decisions that I have made. The class was very diverse and it was great for learning about new cultures and how business is conducted throughout the world.«

(Marisol Vales, MBA)
