Boost your corporate value. Benefit from the academic rigour of a general management programme with an emphasis on examining the key drivers that transform our fast-moving business environment. RSM’s part-time Executive MBA programme is designed for working professionals aiming to further develop their cross-functional capabilities and improve their business skills. You have the opportunity to explore topics such as strategy, marketing, finance and information technology. Classes are twice a month on Friday evenings and Saturdays, enabling you to put your newly acquired skills into practice immediately. The 22-month programme commences each February and includes study trips abroad to RSM’s leading partner business schools.

International Full-time MBA

• 3 years' post-graduate work experience
• a university degree (Bachelor, Masters, PhD) or equivalent, together with a valid GMAT/GRE report*
• the ability to interact and work with people from significantly diverse cultures and backgrounds
• English proficiency: strong knowledge of English. A TOEFL, IELTS or PTE is not required unless specifically requested by the Admissions Committee during the admissions process
• leadership potential, strong communication skills, drive, maturity, creativity, adaptability, independence and self-confidence.

* RSM conducts an in-house business case assessment in lieu of the GMAT/GRE. Contact the admissions office if you wish to be considered. The GMAT/GRE can be waived for PhD graduates.

Executive MBA

• 4 years' post-graduate work experience
• a university degree (Bachelor, Masters, PhD) or equivalent*

*The Admissions Committee reserves the right to request applicants to the Executive MBA programme to take a GMAT test as part of the evaluation process, if deemed necessary.

• 10 years' post-graduate work experience, including 3-5 years of managerial experience
• a university degree (Bachelor, Masters, PhD) or equivalent

Whilst you need to find your own accommodation in the Netherlands, once admitted to the MBA programme, our Housing Support Office will provide you with access to accommodation providers that will assist you in your personal accommodation needs.
