Build a strong core skillset

Your core modules will equip you with the essential business skills needed in every career. Get ready to roll up your sleeves with a practical approach to project management, data analysis, financial acumen, and marketing strategy.

Essential expertise: Gain the foundational business skills needed in every career—project management, data analysis, financial acumen, and marketing strategy skills are at the core of the Hult MBA.

Strong teamwork: Business is built on people. Focus on strengthening your collaboration, communication, and leadership skills that will prepare you to lead in a global business environment.

Practical leadership: Armed with this insight and the systematic feedback of your peers, you’ll work to improve the key skills you’ve identified and develop an authentic style of leadership that’s uniquely you.

Expand your global network & experience

Whether you have clear career goals or want to try different paths, your elective courses enable you to tailor your degree to support your individual career objectives. In the summer semester (from May to August) you’ll choose electives based on your personal interests and professional goals. Depending on your program, you can travel or “rotate” to any campus—Boston, London, San Francisco, Dubai, Singapore, and New York—to take your electives.

You can explore your options with a broad range of electives or target your specific career goals with a specialization. It can be a great opportunity to network with students and faculty on different campuses while gaining on-the-ground experience in multiple cities. Different campuses offer different elective courses—so it’s up to you where and what you study.

The Business School

At Hult, we believe that education is about so much more than a degree. It’s about transformation. Students want skills that will transform their lives. Employers want graduates that will transform their businesses. Society wants businesses that will transform the world. Like all change, it starts with action.

By focusing on what our students can do in the real world, rather than just the theory they study in classrooms, we prioritize those skills and mindsets that are most needed to bring about change—in the careers of the individual, the businesses they work in, and the society we all live in. This belief in the power of learning by doing goes beyond a philosophy; it is the guiding force behind every program we provide, every course we create, every class we run. It’s what makes Hult the business school for those made to do.

We learn through challenge

We learn to do and do to learn, individually and in teams. Our students continually practice what they’ll be doing in the workplace so they build a skillset that enables them to take on any challenge they may face after graduation. Our focus on applied learning equips Hult graduates with the knowledge and skills that employers want and entrepreneurs need to thrive in today’s workplace. We not only increase the practical ability of our community, but also their confidence, agility, and employability. It's their fearlessness in the face of challenges, combined with their natural curiosity, and global mindset—that makes our graduates so in demand with employers all over the world.

We are truly global

Succeeding in international business takes cross-cultural understanding. Immersed in a community of 150 nationalities across a global campus network, Hult students don’t just thrive in an international environment, they learn how to leverage diversity to get results. We specialize in helping international students forge international careers. They build a global network by collaborating with classmates from around the world—potential partners, investors, and contacts are everywhere. Here, global means more than geography, it's a shared experience where we—students, alumni, faculty, and staff—are all enriched by each other’s perspectives.

We grow ourselves and others

Our community of lifelong learners embodies curiosity, optimism, and a growth mindset. We aim to help students be the best version of themselves and become resilient, self-aware individuals who lead with integrity, equity, and authenticity. So that they continue to improve not only their own lives but also care beyond themselves to positively impact the business community and build a better world for all. We support our graduates for the entirety of their careers. Whether their goals change, or their industry does, our lifelong learning options enable Hult grads to come back to campus every year for the rest of their careers in order to stay up-to-date and relevant—always.

Ranked & accredited by the best

Hult is proud to be recognized and ranked as among the best business schools in the world by some of the most prestigious independent ranking and accreditation bodies.

Hult is recognized by business education’s three most prestigious international accrediting bodies: The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB International), the Association of MBAs (AMBA), and EQUIS (The European Quality Improvement System).

The Faculty

Corporate executives, entrepreneurs, and researchers—Hult professors are internationally renowned for business practice and thought leadership, with a passion for creating and teaching principles that reflect both the foundation and frontier of business success.

Alumni

When you graduate, you'll join a network of over 31,000 business school alumni in more than 170 countries around the world. Welcoming, passionate, and ready to make a difference, our alumni are not only your future network—they can be your inspiration. The impact this global community can have, both on the career path of the individual and the business world at large, is limitless.

One elective a year, on us

Most careers span decades and critical skills can change as you progress in seniority. The rapid pace of change also means future critical business knowledge might have simply been impossible to learn during your program. After you graduate, you can refresh your skillset or get up to speed in a new business trend by enrolling in one elective a year at any of our global campuses. There’s a small registration fee, but the course is otherwise free of charge.

Entry Requirements

At Hult, we want to understand who you are and what drives you. We’re looking for students who'll make an impact—not just in business, but in the world. Students who demonstrate academic achievement, passion, curiosity, leadership potential, and drive. With that in mind, we take a comprehensive approach to reviewing all information submitted with every application.

Entry requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Three or more years’ relevant work experience
  • Proof of proficiency in English (i.e., TOEFL/IELTS)

Additional requirements for the Finance MBA:

  • GMAT, CPA, CFA, GRE, or exceptional ability waiver
  • Work experience preferred in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, or Corporate Finance

Apply now, and one of our enrollment advisors will be in touch to support you through the process.

Application Procedure

Your Hult journey is unique and will be personalized to you. This starts the day you get in touch with us and continues through graduation—and beyond. You’ll have a dedicated enrollment advisor to guide you and your family through the application process. They’ll advise you on finances, scholarships, campus locations, and how to apply. Get to know the city and its people through on-campus career events, off-campus company events, and student clubs and societies. Below are just a few recent clubs and events that our MBA students in San Francisco have taken part in.

  • Gender Intelligence: This student club aims to promote the involvement of women in the workplace, reduce the gender gap, empower women to speak up, and facilitate skills that allow professionals to work with all people, not against them.
  • Inside Wells Fargo: Students visited Wells Fargo in San Francisco to get an insider look at the company and chat with Hult alumni already working for the financial services giant in the Bay area.
  • Alumni panels: Hult alums in the Bay area regularly come to campus to meet current students, share their journey after Hult, and give their future fellow alumni the benefit of their experience.

Summer Program

Choose one of our centrally located home campuses in Boston, San Francisco, London, and Dubai to study your core program in, establish your network, and make career connections. In the summer, you can travel to our rotation centers in New York and Singapore, in addition to any of the home campuses above, for electives. We call this ability to seamlessly hop from campus to campus Global Campus Rotation.

These optional electives give our postgraduate students the chance to grow their expertise—and network—in a specialist area of business, in a location where that industry is at the top of its game.

During the summer months of your program, you can choose to travel to one of these world-leading cities, learn from professors who are experts in the field, and meet key players in the industry.
