Hey there. I'm a prospective MBA and looking to transition into Brand. Applied to 3 schools in the Top 40 and was rejected last year. This year I applied to 8 schools with a slightly better standardized score and alt classes to show. Only have 1 interview so far, so not looking good...

I would like to career switch from IT to supply chain management. Is this a reasonable expectation from an MBA?
I would also like to know what would be the best approach: should I pursue a generalist MBA or one that has a concentration? In past discussions I have read, the advice seems to be mixed....
