Recently I was searching for an accredited MBA program, after the face that RITI is no longer MSM partner, ECC came as an alternative partner to International Business Academy of Switzerland (IBAS), it is a candidate for accreditation from ACBSP which means it is officially in the process of being a member of ACBSP as mentioned in their official website (https://www.acbsp.org/members/?id=52015528).
Is this a good alternative to MSM?
Also it is one year program, so is a one year program better or worse than the standard two year program?
Does it impact by any means immigration to Canada? As it is a main purpose I'm planning to have an MBA?
Does the steps involved to become an official member with ACBSP takes a long time frame?

ACBSP isn't one of the three main international accreditation agencies, and I do personally find their methodology problematic.

And moreso, membership does not mean accreditation.

Either way, with a degree of this level, you would not gain much in terms of trying to go to Canada. If you want to go to Canada, you probably should either do a degree in the country, or apply for residency through other means.

In general I would stay away from this degree, and if you really need an MBA, do an online one from a school that has accreditation from AMBA, EQUIS, and / or AACSB.

That's quite a low budget for an MBA program.

Have you considered starting with the Coursera / Illinois iMBA program? Although the final cost of that degree is above your budget, the initial part of the program is extremely affordable. Do the specializations, save some money, and see what you can do when you're ready for the more costly components.
