This programme is one of several launched around 10-15 years ago as part of the IESE Africa initiative. It helped design the EMBA curriculum at Nile, but I don't think that IESE has any active involvement in the EMBA. Nile is not listed as one of the associated schools, for example http://blog.iese.edu/iese-and-africa/

The Nile website is clear that it is a Nile EMBA, not an IESE qualification. As such, it does not have any international accreditation. I am not clear who teaches this course, but they seem to be flying professors in for one-week modules. I am not sure that is the best way to learn, and I wonder what sort of assessment or project work there can really be.

So we have her in Egypt only three accredited programs AUC which is very expensive 30,000 USD, University of Toledo it costs about 135,000 EGP and Maastricht School of Management (MSM) costs about 95,000 EGP could any one advice which is better UT or MSM

MSM, probably. But it depends on what you're looking for. I hadn't heard about that Toledo program but at that cost it is an exceptional value for an AACSB-accredited MBA.

Right, but beyond accreditation, what are your actual goals? Where do you want to end up in terms of function/industry?

I'm CMA, 10 years of experience in accounting, Currently I'm financial controller at a mid-company working in manufacturing & FMCG, total of my experience in Egypt with mid and large companies multinational and local companies, you know that Egypt and Mideast is not stable right now, So I need to prepare Accredited MBA program that will help me for the next step to be financial manger at Egypt, Gulf area or in the worst situation any available country that accept foreigners for migration

I'm not sure you'd need an MBA for that. Australia or Canada might take you directly as an immigrant. A masters in finance or a masters in accounting might be more suitable.

Most of our companies here in middle east are setting minimum requirements for the financial managers to have an MBA, I needs your recommendation Duncan which is better University of Toledo or Maastricht School of Management (MSM)

I'd suggest Toledo because of the AACSB accreditation.
