They're not comparable to full-time programs in that they are delivered either on nights or weekends or in blocks, rather than a Monday-Friday schedule. In this way you can work them into your work schedule.

My sense is that especially for the international EMBAs in Dubai, they do target them at older professionals, but also recruit a wider range of people, if those with less work experience, than say their UK counterparts. Check with the schools to see if your profile would fit.

I think that depends on your goals, but I think most students would be better off at SP Jain since that's the most rigourous, the most selective and the one with the best-qualified faculty.

I would say that Bradford's EMBA program is still an EMBA. In fact, it features the same content as the EMBA program on the school's home campus. There might be some variation in terms of audience - they might recruit people with a wider variety in terms of work experience than for the EMBA on their home campus, but that's going to be true for Strath and Cass as well.
