There's no additional accreditation you can gain. The most appropriate accreditation in North America is from the AACSB, but this would be something that Leicester would have gain as an institution, not you personally.
PS A UK MBA without AACSB accreditation might not be highly respected in Canada, especially from a school like Leicester whose MBA is widely known to be delivered principally by a for-profit organisation through distance learning, and to have quite a few unhappy former students. I'd suggest you look at the post-MBA qualifications at York and McGill universities. Those would give you a lot more legitimacy.
