Both good schools but I think Razor's Edge was listing the Canada-based full-time MBA programs that were ranked in the FT.

Has anybody had any success in getting GMAT waived when applying to Brock?

From their website it says that the GMAT can be waived if you have "completed an undergraduate or graduate degree from a Canadian or American university in the last seven years with an overall average of A-/80% or higher."

I did my undergraduate degree in the US and had a 3.5 GPA. Thinking about applying to Brock because it's one of the only accredited schools in Canada I have found that will at least consider waiving the GMAT.

Sounds like you fit the requirements, why not ask the school directly?

Pretty sure the only way that the Goodman MBA (Brock) GMAT requirement gets waived is if you have a four year honours degree with a minimum GPA of A each year, for all four years.

Also, the Goodman MBA is 2 years. Under some circumstances, first-year courses with high enough grades and strong enough overlap are waived.

I'm planning to take admission in an mba programe in jan 16.
I have not taken the gmat test n planning to take ielts by next month.
I have no work experience as well.Please guide me if it is still worth doing as the consultants told me there's a great scope.I know it depends on the university one passes out but with a nonreputed college n good scores throught my programme,will i get a job?What is the job recrutment scenerio in canada?

Any MBA program that's worth the investment will need you to have work experience. Those without work experience should instead look at masters in management programs. UBC Sauder has an FT-ranked masters in management program, which has decent placement stats, but you'll need to take the GMAT for admission to that program.

NYIT's MBA program is decent, accredited by AACSB. Not in Canada, though. Fairleigh Dickinson doesn't offer a full-time program, and is again, not in Canada.

The others are not good choices.
