Please guide me to pursue MBA in canada


Hi,
I am an indian IT guy working in a MNC for the past 3 years.
I want to pursue MBA in canada and want to settle there.
I have seen colleges which fit in to my budget and i am opting for the university of victoria ?
Is this college any better or if not can you please list some colleges which are very good and which can boost my career and salary?
