Please guide me to pursue MBA in canada

Hi,
I am an indian IT guy working in a MNC for the past 3 years.
I want to pursue MBA in canada and want to settle there.
I have seen colleges which fit in to my budget and i am opting for the university of victoria ?
Is this college any better or if not can you please list some colleges which are very good and which can boost my career and salary?

There are rankings of Canadian business schools: better schools will boost your salary and career more.
