executive MBA in Singapore

Could somebody please rate the following executive MBA programs in terms of (1) overall quality (2) flexibility for working professional and (3) post EMBA career prospects / salary:

Insead-Tsinghua dual EMBA
NUS Singapore Executive MBA
Singapore Management University EMBA

Also I am considering the ESSEC / Mannheim EMBA Asia Pacific / Singapore EMBA after speaking to a recruiter but I cannot find much information or reviews about this program. Also I'm not sure how two European business schools can possibly put on decent a Singapore centric EMBA. I'm a bit doubtful to be honest but I am open to other opinions.

Essec has an excellent campus in Singapore.

That's what the recruiter said. But from what I understand the campus has only been there for around 10 years or so, which makes me doubtful about the school's representation / reputation among Singapore's employers.

The Insead - Tsinghua program is one of the best in the world. What are your goals?

That's the program I am most interested in. My goals are, in short, centered around better understanding of, and networking with, Chinese businesses. I've been in Singapore for some time and am on track to make managing director in a boutique asset management firm in the next few years. I'll need to expand my network and make connections, especially with Chinese businesses. That's my primary goal, my secondary goals include working on my leadership skills and learning more about business strategy.

Also a good program, as you've probably seen from the rankings. I'd suggest looking at the class profiles at each school - as well as any info about the schools' networks - and see how these would fit with what you're looking for.
