Malaysia MBA Programs

I want to do an MBA in Malaysia (I live here). How are the MBA programs here looked at from outside of the country? I may be moving to Europe in a couple of years and want to know if a degree from here will be recognized there (in France or in Belgium)

I'm looking at these schools: Universiti Malaya, UCSI University Malaysia, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM)

The MBA at UPM is two years, and the other two are only one year long.

I think only the University of Nottingham campus in Nottingham will be very well regarded by employers, but UM and UPM are strong schools.
