Anyway, it's a bit like comparing apples to oranges. You can really say how a school like Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, which is strong in Malaysia, compares to a school like NUS, which has more of a global presence.

One question about these rankings: Is HKUST considered better than CEIBS?
I would say that HKUST is generally a better choice for most candidates, unless your goals include working in mainland China.

Actually I am from Malaysia and I am open to working in either mainland China or in Hong Kong. I would like to work in finance.
I appreciate your interest. But before you doing this you should have some basic knowledge on finance. Good Luck!

HKUST
National University of Singapore (NUS)
HKU
Nanyang Business School
I would like to study either in Hong Kong or in Singapore. I would like to study in a diverse cohort. I work in manufacturing industry in Korea and my goal is to go into finance.

I have a question about how these schools are perceived:

Decide on the first question (location) and then pick your school in the place you want to be. Are you not considering Insead?

I am sure you know that these are excellent, world class schools. Do you have more specific questions?
I am mostly asking about which school has the best reputation for getting a job in finance. I know that some work class schools are more focused on the consulting industry but it's my ultimate goal to work in finance. That's my main concern.

Me too. That's why I'm targeting HKU. Well also Insead but that will be a stretch for me!
