I just noticed that the UNiversity of Nottingham runs two MBAs part-time in Singapore:
MBA http://www.psb-academy.edu.sg/academic-programme/detail/15/530/Master-of-Business-Administration/
MBA in Finance http://www.psb-academy.edu.sg/academic-programme/detail/4/208/Master-of-Business-Administration-General

The modular programme has five start dates a year and lasts for at least two years. The fee is 32,549 SGD, (around 26k USD)

Interesting. Along with the part-time MBAs offered by Nanyang and NUS, the MBA for working professionals market is getting pretty competitive in Singapore. A lot of good options to choose from.
