There will be a difference in the experience and selectivity of those programmes, as well as in the outcomes. Most obviously, if you study in the UK then you can access the UK's post-study work visas. The other difference could be be uneven access to careers services and alumni networks: the Warwick MSc is offered by the WMG, which lacks the sort of resources that a business school would have. The Birmingham MiM, on the other hand, is a business school degree.

May I know if a M.Sc. in Financial Management / MiM from Birmingham at SIM, SG (or) MBA from Nottingham, Malaysia campus can provide good employability and graduate outcomes for graduates who are planning to roam around in Asia like SG and TH?

Nottingham in Malaysia may have better career services than SIM, but that's just my imagination. Why not ask them? Either way, many of the best students will be in the local state universities and the major employers will start there. Nottingham has a special role in Malaysia because it recruits local students who are disadvantaged because of the state universities' affirmative action quota systems.
