There are only eight that have a concentration in tourism or hospitality - but none of those are accredited.

I think you'd be better off doing one of the following:

Do an accredited program in the US or Europe that has a concentration in hospitality/tourism; so Cornell, George Washington, ESSEC, etc.

Do a general MBA in Australia from an accredited school. Think Melborne Business School, AGSM, Curtin; depending on what city you want to be in. I'd target Sydney and Melbourne, primarily, as those are the cities where the industry is strong - but people take trips everywhere, so Perth wouldn't be a dealbreaker.
