Thank you Duncan. I appreciate your reply. It is to the point as expected. Which school would you say would be a good fit given my goals? As you go to bschool only once, I want to ensure to that I make the right decision and I'm open to suggestions.
Thing is, if I go this year, I have to choose between IE or Bocconi as for ESADE I have been accepted for next year's intake. And yes, you're right, I don't speak either language yet.
So my options are either Bocconi/IE or I give up both of them and try for next year.
My GMAT score is 650 (best after 3rd attempt, so I won't be retaking it). I'm 30, turning 31 this year so getting to the older range of an average MBA class. Additionally, I'm looking to do a 1-year program as I feel at this age, 2 years in school might be too long for me. Also, most American schools require a 4-year bachelor's degree. I have a 3-year bachelor's degree and that means I don't even qualify for most NA schools.
Given the above limitations and since it was pretty late in the admissions cycle, I applied to IE, SDA and ESADE and fortunately got accepted in all 3. I do not wish to stay in Canada permanently which is why I didn't even consider Canadian schools.
What do you suggest? Should I forgo admission this year and try at a different school next year? If yes, please suggest which schools would be a good choice for me.
I look forward to your advice and thank you for considering my request.
