I am software engineer from Microsoft with 6 years of experience and have got admit in both ESCP and HHL. Escp tution fess after scholarship comes to 43,500 euros and HHL after scholarship comes to 33,500 euros. I plan to come back to India in 2-3 years. Which will be the beat option for me and how?

Is your French better than your German? If so, pick ESCP. If your German is better than your French, then HHL. Otherwise, do the long "Advanced Track" at HHL because that has the better setting for foreign language learning.

Both totally unknown in India.... HHL for Germany would be my pick for the fact of being in Germany and better known by German recruiters :)

Andy raises the right issue. What are your career goals? Perhaps neither of these schools is the right choice.

My career goals are to study MBA from a good college in Europe, gain some management experience and international exposure and take an internal transfer or apply for a job directly to India. I neither know German nor French.

Germans are less strict with german requirements (although it is critically important). Not being fluent is a killer for France full stop.

Agree with Andy about French language fluency. I've worked in Paris twice and even though my French in those days was decent, there were plenty of other non-French nationals working with me who had better fluency and that was always an advantage for them.

Why not study in the UK or Ireland? The range of jobs where German is not advantageous is small. I speak intermediate German and even when applying for international marketing jobs that didn't require German, weak language skills were a disadvantage.
PS and a big Anglo-Saxon state university will have more brand equity in India than a freestanding private business school like ESCP or HHL.

I have heard from multiple ESCP MBA students from the current graduating batch that they are facing lots of issues finding jobs. I also have an admit from Exeter University and Nottingham Trent University in UK.

Between Exeter and Nottingham Trent, Exeter is way better.
However, considering your tech background and your plan to return to India, I would also recommend you apply to Cranfield. It is well-known in India, I believe.

Other things being equal ESCP has much better placement than unranked, non-GMAT, UK schools. But, of course, if you can't work in the language of the country where you study it will be hard to find work.
