Where do you want to work, and how fast do you want to accellerate? Looking at http://rankings.ft.com/businessschoolrankings/masters-in-finance-pre-experience-2012 it seems that Cranfield students get much better salaries (80K rather than 59K) but, naturally, they take longer to get into work (81% rather than 89% in work after three months).

Also, how good is your French? The EDHEC class is half French, while the Cranfield class is overwhelmingly international.

I'm definitely more interested in a career in industry rather than in banking or ib. Where? Don't know, I'm willing to travel and I have no problem to move quite often. My French is at basic level but it won't take me long to learn it as i'm Italian, so I wouldn't consider it a big deal.

Do you mean you want to work in corporate finance, or in some other corporate role? If the former, I would look at the MSc programmes in Corporate Finance at Bocconi, Cass, Durham, EDHEC and Henley.

no i mean other corporate roles. why wouldn't you choose cranfield then?

If you don't want to work in banking or in corporate finance, I would not take an MSc in finance. An MSc in management would be a better training for a non-finance role because of its greater focus on team work skills, project management, presentation skills and the general management toolkit.
