I'm not sure what you're asking me. Is it registered with the government in the way a bakery is, so it pays taxes and has insure employees? I assume so. Is it on the list of state-recognized private higher education institutions in Berlin? No, as you can see from the link I posted to the Berlin state website.&nbsp;

[/quote]<br>Do you speak German? I know many people who have more than 5 years of work experience but couldn’t find jobs in Germany even after their degree because of the language. Do you have work ex that is highly valued in tech? After having lived in Europe for years as a non EU Citizen I can say that some of the very best are fighting for the top jobs in Germany in finance and tech and many of them come from the top schools from all over Europe. I haven’t seen very many non EU students being successful in getting a job in their desired country after a degree from a place like GISMA or Hult.<br>i don’t see how GISMA would be a good choice for any foreign student.&nbsp;

GISMA in Potsdam (Brandenburg) has two "parts", one with their own degrees, one with degrees from other schools, mostly belonging to Global University Systems and a sometimes more questionable reputation, see article in www.mba-journal.de <br>
