HEC ~ Double Degree MBA

Dears,
I'm an Italian 29 years old.I have a pretty strong international work experience and I´m an engineer.
I would like to get more info regarding the possibility to get a double degree MBA from HEC and FGV. I had the opportunity to get in touch with HEC´s business developer who invited me to proceed with the application in both schools nevertheless my GMAT (610) is lower than the average. Did someone undertake the same path with HEC(maybe with another business school)? . Have I any opportunity to be admitted in both schools or the GMAT needs to be improved ? Thanks

The double degree page on the HEC website suggests that you apply to schools. http://www.mba.hec.edu/Learning-Experience/Double-Degrees

Thank you for the kind feedback.
FGV has as a partner school in USA UT McCombs, based on your experience, in which schools I would get more chance to be accpeted HEC or UT McCombs please? A part of the GMAT on which area I should be more focused in order to increase the probability of being into one of these programm please ?

McCombs is the more selective school, because of its strong value proposition. Obviously, focus on the side when you are weaker.
