HU Brussel is a member of the K.U.Leuven Association, the network of university colleges which are mentored and validated by the KUL. The KUL is an academic, rather than professional, institution: the university colleges are primarily professional, rather than academic, in nature.

Certainly HUB is _not_ part of KU Leuven. HUB graduates get degrees from the KUL. I don't think it's true or meaningful to say that the KUL's ranking applies to the HUB: the KUL is a highly selective, world-class, research university -- that is what gives the KUL its ranking. None of those things apply to the HUB.

The HUB has the appropriate local accreditation.

Thank you very much for the answer. How do you think, to which university in Europe I can be admitted on basis of my ACT score(which is 28)? I am interested in program related to business, but it would be better if it had concentration in finance. I am limited in finance(I can afford to pay tuition which is between 0-6000 euros per year).
What can you say about University of Twente, VU Amsterdam, Maastricht University, Utrecht University, Radboud University, University of Antwerp.

But are you familiar with the universities mentioned above? Are they better than hub? Because the hub's ranking is misleading. It is ranked as a part of KU Leuven, so it is very difficult to assess its quality.

It's not ranked as part of KUL. Who would do do that in a ranking? Of course those universities are better than university colleges like HUB.

It was the other person who that that is was misleading to use the KUL research ranking to judge HUB. I agree with that, and I am sure you do too.
