MBA after electrical engineering

Hello.

I've done Bachelors in Electrical Engineering, and now I want to pursue MBA from a good institution in Europe, specifically Belgium or Austria.
The thing is that I don not know which field will be viable for me, and what kind of MBA will I have to do.
I would really appreciate if anyone can help me out with this.

What are your goals? Why those two countries? Do you have the three years' work experience that European MBAs ask for?
