I don't think this will be a problem with the private sector in Spain. However, in India it might be a bit different. Obviously language is the main barrier in Barcelona. Few foreigners speak Catalan, and many don't even speak Spanish well enough to work. A language qualification might matter more than an MBA.

I suggest you take more time to think about career strategies. Don't pick Eada if you are not even sure which country you want to work on. Also, look at qualifications that are shorter than a full BA but at the same level. Would schools accept a top up degree or a level 7 diploma?

Obviously you know Barcelona is a Catalan speaking city so I am not sure how much your Spanish will improve while studying in English. I don't see how you could work an MBA level job in Spanish.
