It can be absolutely excluded that you will be able to learn German to a professional level alongside a full-time MBA programme. Ask these schools if they can recommend a Studienkolleg or a university with an intensive DSH programme [either option will involve one or two semesters prior to starting the masters degree, but it is an excellent investment]. These will allow you to enter the MBA speaking excellent German, and that is really the precondition for gaining internships, doing well in job interviews and really enjoying the experience of a German business school.

None of these schools have really respected international accreditation. At the very least, look for FIBAA accreditation. Also compare their selection criteria: if one of them required higher English scores, for example, or more work experience, then that is useful.

I imagine that you know that these are not the best schools in Germany, or even the second tier of schools (like Pforzheim, Esslingen, Reutlingen, Nurenburg or Offenburg). Perhaps look at those and consider the CHE ranking of German universities of applied science http://www.find-mba.com/board/27248 You have strong work experience and should be able to get into a better programme.
