This *fusion* of IT and finance sounds like a specialised, functional, professional masters degree rather than a course for general managers. In India this would be called an MBA but in the rest of the world I think this would generally be a master of science degree like http://www.wbs.ac.uk/courses/postgraduate/finance-and-information-technology/

If you were to look at courses that were both strong in finance and in IT, which which didn't focus on the overlap between then, then perhaps a third of the top US MBA programmes will have concentrations in both those subjects. I would especially recommend these schools:

I see you posted this in the Europe forum - there are not many options that would fit your needs on the continent.

Are you considering US schools as well? There are some programs in the States that allow you to select more than one concentration.

For instance, Florida Warrington offers concentrations in both Finance and Information Systems, and allows you to select more than one.

Rutgers does as well; as does the New York-based Fordham University.
