i see a lot mba programms in hochschule in germany and many proffesionls going into this hochschule to pursue their mba part-time while working full-time.

Hochschulen is the world for higher educaiton institute, and is most often used by Fachhochschulen: vocational schools used often for in-service education (Dual studies). They are below the universities. Try searching the board for Fachhochschule/n.

That said, some Hochschulen offer well-regarded MBAs. It depends on which ones you are looking at.
If you'd be considered an international student (ie you do not have EU residency), make sure any visa you would be able to apply for would allow you to study on a part-time basis.

Pforzheim and Reutlingen are good MBAs. At most other Fachhochschulen, the MBAs are essentially MSc's translated into English for international students who will return home.
