MBA or Master? HELP

Hello,
I am 32 years old pharmacist.
I have 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and 2 years in the banking sector. I have 2 years gap between the 2 jobs. Now I'm looking to relocate to Germany due to family reasons.

I'm between studying an MBA to broaden my career options in Germany or Master program related to my study field which is pharmacy. I'm planning to apply for the MBA or Master for Sept. 2022 intake and my German is now A1 and planning to be B2 before starting.

I really need help, which option is better for me regarding post-graduate career in Germany (I'm open to UK too) also considering my age 32 and what are the universities that suits my background and experience?

Any suggestion would be appreciated.

My feeling is that you have develop some more concrete career goals before pursuing a degree.

If you are interested in working in Germany, your odds would be much better if you studied in German. Studying in English before trying to transition to a German-language workforce would put you at a huge disadvantage (especially in terms of networking and being connected with potential employers).

If you want to work in the UK, study there.
