Medical degree and healthcare industry experience，a disadvanatge for an MBA application？

Hi All

I am wondering if my medical degree and healthcare industry experience can be a disadvantage for my MBA application since I notice there are very few students from healthcare background in most busniess schools.

Would it be possible to recommend some best one-year programs?It would be wonderful if I could get the tuition waiver.Many Thanks

No, it's not a disadvantage. Most MBA admissions committees will be relatively agnostic when it comes to your industry background, as long as you demonstrate some kind of career progression in your work experience.
