Unless you are investing your family's money you are not getting into Dutch VC directly from business school with terrible Dutch. Learn Dutch (https://intt.uva.nl/), take an MSc *taught in Dutch* at an elitist private school (i.e.: the VU or Nyenrode) and network like crazy.
