MSc Finance: Warwick vs ESADE

Hi all,

I need to choose among Esade, Warwick and Manchester. I’m Asian and want to work in Europe after graduation. Since I don’t speak Spanish, a UK School may be better for me. However, I really like Esade’s curriculum and its diversity, but I’m not sure on the job prospects for me after ESADE. Anyone can advise on this? Thank you.

I'm not sure why you *need* to choose between those three. There are other schools.
I don't see any really difference between ESADE's curriculum and Warwick: anything that is not in the core at one is available as an elective at the other. Warwick has better gender diversity (almost double the percentage of women) and they will have fewer UK citizens (less than 10%) than ESADE has Spanish citizens (15%).
I think that the ESADE intake will have better quant skills and more homogenous work experience.

Hi Duncan, thanks for your reply. I should have made it clear in my post. I got accepted to those schools. That’s why I need to choose from them. Right now I’m leaning toward ESADE since they have an internship as part of the program. I couldn’t find the information on Warwick but maybe I’m just being dumb and missing something here. My concern is that I don’t speak Spanish or other European languages, except for some basic French, so it may be hard for me to get a job in Europe besides UK and Ireland. Does ESADE place well in UK/Ireland? Or should I just go to the UK school. Thank you again.

Yes, I think you have perhaps not noticed that box that says "See indicative compulsory and optional modules for this course": https://www.wbs.ac.uk/courses/postgraduate/finance/details/#more
If you want to work in the UK or Ireland, don't study in Spain.
