Msc In Human Resource Management

Hi will really appreciate if some one can help me with this .

I am from India have a MBA in HR and have around 7 + years of work experience in HR . Now i want to do a focused program in HR which has a international HRM focus and was thinking of doing an MSc program. Since in India no good university provides a focused Msc program in HR so was thinking of doing it from top 10 European Business school because of their values and rankings. After doing my courses will like to go back to India and work their with some of the Big HR consulting firms

So request if some one can help me out with this.

Just curious: why an MSc and not an MBA? With an MBA you'll have better future earning potential and career growth.

For example, check out the IE MBA: they offer a concentration in human resource management.

Hi Ralph

Thanks for the response , its just that i have already done MBA and dont want to go for one more . I want to do Msc as its more focused only in one particular area / Subject .

I don't know that an MSc after an MBA would help much in terms of career growth or even further insight into human resources. Is your MBA AACSB-accredited? Maybe you should look into executive education courses specializing in HR - they'd be shorter and less costly than a full-on degree program.
