The Frankfurt School is a well-respected school in Germany, especially in the banking sector where it has roots. It is ranked highly, 80th in the world, for executive MBAs:&nbsp;<a href="http://rankings.ft.com/businessschoolrankings/executive-mba-ranking-2019">http://rankings.ft.com/businessschoolrankings/executive-mba-ranking-2019</a>&nbsp;<br><br><br>Almost all schools have part-time MBAs. Amongst the schools ranked above Frankfurt are degrees aimed at mid-career managers such as Copenhagen, LBS, Mannheim's double degree with ESSEC, and WHU's double degree with Northwestern University. Then there are also EMBA degrees aimed at managers a bit earlier in their career, such as ESMT, Frankfurt, NHH and Rotterdam.<br><br>In a nutshell: Frankfurt is a great school if you are aiming at the German banking or healthcare industries, but don't have the stronger background of students at Mannheim and WHU. What are your goals?

Hi Duncan,<br><br>Thank you very much for your detailed reply. It certainly gives me food for thought. From what I have found out, Frankfurt is slightly below in the pecking order as compared to ESMT and Manheim in Germany.<br>I am plying my trade in public sector; started my career as an engineer and now I am a Manager and Team Lead of a small team in the organization.&nbsp;<br><br>I am 33 years of age and the plan is to fast track the process of rising to the upper echelons of management and gaining competence to change career track at an opportune time.<br>Due to aforementioned reasons I would like to invest in a budget MBA or a MBA where I can secure scholarship based on GMAT score.<br>Regards

Take a look at the article linked from my profile page about scholarships, rather that accept a scholarship which would be from a low quality programme that would not need your goals, focus on finding the programme that best meets your goals. The added value will be much greater than the scholarship from the inferior&nbsp; school.&nbsp;

Hi Duncan,<br><br>Thank you very much for your reply.<br>I have checked out the thread pertaining to scholarships and a few other threads. They were quite informative.<br>I am now re-evaluating the possibilities for&nbsp; MBAs, with tuition fee not being the most important factor to consider.<br>

If you are in the public sector, I would also suggest a top MPA. For example, the LSE and Hertie are world-class schools.
