Bocconi is much better. The UK will be easier for you to find work unless you speak Italian. The general position for students in the UK is well enough discussed elsewhere that I need not repeat it.

Ive gone thru Msc Marketing programs as per the list but most of them cater to people having less than 2 yrs work exp.

Ive been working since 5yrs. I feel an MBA in marketing could be a better choice but are there any reputed bschools in UK charging fees not more than £ 25, 000 ?

I am in the process of applying for the MAFED course at SDA (2016 batch). I am from India and have about 4 years of relevant work ex. I'd like to know more about the course and the post work study opportunities in Italy.

Through previous threads on MAFED queries, i understand that jobs in Italy are more or less subject to one's fluency in the local language. But i want to know more about the job scenario, is it as restricted as UK, with no post study work visa? also, what about working while studying there?

Basically, i'd like to know whether the course is worth it because i'd definitely want to gain some work experience after the completion of my course.

If you don't speak Italian before starting the course, then the generally excellent outcomes for SDA Bocconi students will not be available to you.

If you're asking about using the Bocconi degree to land a job in the UK, I think this is probably not the right way to do it, and I doubt that many Bocconi MAFED grads find jobs in the UK after graduation. But check with the career department at Bocconi and ask.

I'd think that it would be much better to pursue a master's program in the UK if you want to land a job in the country.

Maury, UK was a reference to understand the restrictions on post study work visa in Italy.
I actually meant to inquire on the work opportunities in Italy for non EU students.

Honestly, I don't think the visa is the main obstacle. It's pretty easy to get a visa if you get a job offer. The challenge is to get a job offer and, without Italian, that is hard in Italy.

I share the same concerns as Aayushi mentioned and quite honestly its making me reconsider Bocconi.

Are there any other reputed schools in Europe that offer similar masters courses and where gaining work experience in that particular country doesn't boil down to fluency in the local language?
Also, if im not mistaken MAFED offers a beginners course in Italian would that suffice or do they expect proficiency in the language (with regards to employment)?

Would really appreciate your help.

I don't think that a beginner's course in Italian would be enough to get you to the fluency level you'd need to work in most management positions in an Italian firm.
