Hi everyone,
I'm F, 23, currently working at a unicorn in Berlin's tech start-up scene. Over the past three years, I started as a marketing intern and have since moved into the User Acquisition team. In the classic start-up environment, my role has spanned a wide range of areas, from marketing to product to commercial tasks.
I'm planning to go back to school but am having difficulty choosing between programs and schools. I'm debating whether an MiM or MBA makes more sense for my career path to broaden my knowledge in business. Specifically, I'm wondering if:
A. I'm too young or inexperienced for an MBA.
B. Which programs and schools would be the best fit for me.
I hold a degree in Business Communication from a non-target school in NL and have a diverse background (Spanish/USA/German/Swiss). I'm seeking international experience and am eager to pivot out of marketing to become more adaptable in the job market, focusing on consumer products, MBB, or VC. While I love start-up culture and aim to return to it in the long term, my immediate goal is to build my skills and knowledge and gain credibility through a reputable master's program and employers.
Given my profile, what programs or schools would you recommend?
Thank you for your advice!
