supply chain Europe

I am from an Asian country but want to do my MBA in Europe. I would like to focus on supply chain if possible I have explored some MBA programs but my impression is that few in Europe have a supply chain focus. Would be grateful if anybody had any ideas for me. I know that ETH in Switzerland has an EMBA program with this specialization but I would prefer a full time MBA program instead.

You're right, very few programs in Europe focus on supply chain.
I'm not sure what your background and goals are, but if you're set on studying supply chain in Europe you might check out ESCP's MS in Strategic Management of Purchasing and Supply Chain. Italy's MIP and RSM in the Netherlands have similar offerings.
For a more robust option Turkey's Sabanci School of Management offers a joint program with MIT Sloan. For the Sloan component, which is a masters of science in management studies, you can choose to do a concentration in global supply chain management. This wouldn't be an option for everybody, but it may be interesting to you depending on your goals/expectations. MIT is one of the best places to study supply chain.

Yes, I was looking for something in an EU country (preferably German-speaking...) so that Turkey program is not going to work. The ESCP program is interesting to me. I will look closely at it.

The outstanding programme on that in Germany is, unsurprisingly, taught in German:-
* M.Sc.Logistics and Supply Chain Management - RWTH Aachen University
If you want to study that in Germany in English, it will be an MSc:-
* MSc Global Logistics • Kühne Logistics University
* MSc Production & Operations Management at the HECTOR School • Karlsruhe Institute of Technology
* MSc Business Administration - Supply Chain Management - University of Cologne
Otherwise the options are really very weak:-
* MBA International Logistics & Supply Chain Management - Hochschule Bremen - International Graduate Center
* Master International Supply Chain Management - Hochschule Osnabrück
* M.Sc.Logistics and Supply Chain Management - RWTH Aachen University

I think the top programme in Europe is the MIT Scale campus in Spain:
