TIAS or UCD

I am an Indian and have 5 years of work ex in an MNC and now planning to do MBA from Europe and work mainly in the IT sector. Currently I have two choices
1. TIAS, Netherlands
2. UCD, Ireland

Which one is more recognised and in case of Netherlands I am ready to learn dutch but is getting a PR tough there?

It would be better for you to learn Dutch to a high professional standard and then take a degree taught in Dutch to build the soft skills and functional vocabulary that a language course cannot offer. The UvA does a great one year intensive language programme.

If you have no particular interest in Dutch, I don't see the point of Tias. It has a worse domestic setting and the language barrier and racism are deeper in The Netherlands than in Ireland.

I was just curious to know that as EU blue card permit exempts Ireland. Does that serve as disadvantage in terms of working in other European countries?

Work experience in Ireland will make it easier to later apply for a blue card.
