Do you want the best, or do you just want the best at your budget? That school looks terrible: No meaningful accreditation and no right, as far as I can see, to issue state recognised degrees. Do you want only to study in Spanish? Take a look at mastersportal.eu

You can't seriously be comparing an FT-ranked business school to one that's not even accredited? I wouldn't go near that school.
If you're on a budget, at least consider something that has international accreditation, so that you are at least sure that you'll get an externally-verified education. Budapest's CEU, or Spain's UC3M, Germany's Pforzheim -- all of these are great values.
