Are you and JR984 the same person? If not, that would be quite a coincidence that you're both looking for European programs that begin in January..
Anyway, there are not many schools that have programs that start in that month, I think. And, those that do, it's really late to apply. If a program is even a little bit competitive, you really need to apply a year in advance. So, now would be the time to apply for programs starting next fall.
For example, I know IE Business School in Madrid has an April enrollment (in addition to November). However, the class for April 2010 is probably about full. You'd have to be an amazing candidate to get in this late, I think.
The vast majority of schools have a very strict schedule, and therefore everyone must start at the same time -- in the fall.
Why do you want to start so soon? And if you must, why not stay in your home country and find a school that has a good local reputation? That might be less risky than trying to find something abroad at the last minute.
